Rank score = recency(launched_at) × calibration. Recency = 1 / (1 + days since launch). Calibration = Brier-weighted accuracy of the startup's early predictors (ADR-0008), default 50 when no predictor data exists. Only startups with a verified build event from startups.new qualify.
